Jeff Gannon turned the National Press Club into his personal defense playground today, and thankfully, the rest of the panel kicked his ass. Gannon even had the audacity to say Fox News was "hardly conservative" and tried to make the pointed questions an issue of parsing "just like Clinton did (summary of his comments, not actual quotes). He "persevered" to get into the press room, but refused to give specifics. He said that the male escort sites are "allegations" and he "won't comment on such allegations."

There are many things that can be said about him, but let me put it this way. I wrote him a letter when this thing blew up. He did not respond. He went into hiding. He's come back now, being angrier than ever. But one thing has not changed.

Jeff Gannon is completely and utterly full of shit.
